Flat Rock Elementary School is located in Powhatan County, Virginia.  Designed by BCWH of Richmond, Virginia, the building structure is a steel frame with composite concrete floor and architectural masonry with metal accents on the exterior.  The roof is a combination of standing seam metal and EPDM.  In addition to the building the project included development of a 21 acre site that includes ball fields and play equipment.
