Originally built by Branch & Associates in 1984 as the Roanoke Marriott Hotel, the hotel was completely renovated and now carries the Sheraton brand.  All 329 guest rooms were fully remodeled to Sheraton standards.  The main lobby, entrance, meeting rooms and ballroom were also fully remodeled to the same high standards.  The exterior of the building was cleaned, repaired and repainted.
