Although constructed as a condominium, the 100 units in Expedition Station actually resemble hotel rooms.  Since most owners are non-residents, the design is conducive to daily rentals when not in use.  Also unique about this project is that it was constructed of modules built offsite.  Modular construction shortens the construction schedule, a plus on Snowshoe Mountain where the construction season is shortened by some of the harshest winter weather on the east coast.
