The renovation of Nichols Engineering Hall and Jackson Memorial Hall and the construction of an annex to Cocke Hall represented a significant investment by VMI in upgrading their campus.  The renovation of Nichols and Jackson Halls totaled 114,000 square feet and the Cocke Hall annex addition added 17,000 square feet of space.
