Alumni & Patchin Field, Virginia Military Institute

This project involved the renovation of Alumni Memorial Field (Football) and the replacement of Patchin Field (Baseball).  The Alumni Field renovation added 2,500 seats, expanded the football locker room, office and classroom space and upgraded ticketing and concession facilities.  Patchin Field was replaced with a new 1,355 seat stadium.  Demolition and the construction of the new stadium had to be completed during the nine month off season period.
