Carilion Crystal Springs Medical Office Building and Parking Deck

The medical office building and parking deck were constructed to support doctors affiliated with the nearby Roanoke Memorial Hospital (now known as Carilion Clinic).  The medical office building is a 78,312 square foot, three story building with partial basement.  The adjoining 550 car parking structure serves both the medical office building and hospital.
