The new Lowe’s store in Martinsville, Virginia was one of four stores constructed in the Roanoke region by Branch in a four year period. The 160,000 square foot store is located on a 68 acre site with 1,500 feet of access road. Site improvements included large cuts and deep fills with extensive retaining walls. The project was completed turn-key in 10 months.
